神田

神田まつやのすぐ近くには、神田藪そばがあります。
藪そばは、他に浅草、上野、上野池之端にもあります。
きっと、もっとありますね。

上野池之端の藪そばで、ちょっと変わっているけどおいしいのは
「巣ごもり」と言って、蕎麦を揚げたものです。
そば屋にはない食感です。

神田藪ですが、すぐ近くには「ぼたん」という鳥鍋屋があります。
どうも、神田藪とぼたんは親戚のようです。

毎年暮れには、ぼたんで大忘年会をやります。
私は鳥鍋は食べませんが、雰囲気は最高です。
畳敷きの大広間に５０人も６０人も座って、なんだかとっても盛り上がります。
椅子という制約がないのがいいんでしょうね。

どこにでも移動して、車座になって喋っています。
炭火の上に小さな長方形の銅鍋をおいて、そこに具を入れます。
私も、豆腐と糸こんにゃくだけは食べます。

これが、なかなか美味しいのです。
食べるものは、それとおしんこだけなのですが、満足度は高い。
　
そうそう、神田藪ですが、
