人は生き物だから
体内時計という言葉はご存知だと思います。
およそ２４時間とちょっと。
この「ちょっと」の部分は、４年に一度のうるう年で、調整をしています。
この体内時計が狂うと、人間には思いのほか辛い。
時差もそうですし、少しずつ移り変わる季節、
特に日照時間が、人間に与える影響もあなどれません。
イギリスや北欧などでは、
日照時間の短い時期には、デイライトを浴びることで、
「今はお昼ですよ」と体内時計に教えます。
昼夜逆転させるような生活をしている人、
たとえばシフトワークなどについている人は、
実は、大きなストレスを被ることになります。
時間がないので、結論を言いますが、
要するに、いっぱい寝ないと
体内時計の調整がうまくいかなくなりますよ、ということです。
特に季節の変り目は。
