ご機嫌
今朝は８時に東京を出て、成田のホテルで研修です。
毎日顔をあわせているスタッフと研修をします。
研修をするホテルは、来るようになって、もう２５年になります。
今でも、毎年夏は、ここで泳いでいます。
以前、ここのプールには飛び込み台があって、
毎日あっちこっち水面に身体を打ちつけて、
それでもめげずに飛び込みました。
空中に飛び上がって、後は落下するだけなのですが
それがおもしろくて、何度も何度も飛び込みました。
それは、もうご機嫌です。
ご機嫌のもとはいろいろありますが、
プールに飛び込むのはそのうちのひとつです。
それから、
親しい人とご飯を食べること、
朝の散歩、
息子との日曜日の散歩、
奥さんと取り留めなく話すこと、
アシスタントに自分のビジョンを話すこと、
新しいことにチャレンジすること、
ミルキークイーンでつくったおにぎりを食べること、
そのときは、塩だけがうまい。
それから、それから、、、、。
人生でうまく行っているときは、
ご機嫌なときを思うことかもしれません。
過去の、そして、これからの。

ご機嫌な事って、沢山ありますね。最近の楽しみは、春に、子供と親子プールに通う事です。子供が、水に顔をつけるのが、苦手らしく、テレビでお笑い芸人が、坊主になって、滝打ちをしていたのを見て、お風呂場で、真似をしたら、喜んで子供も滝打ちしています。
