機嫌がいい
この世界には、無数の暴力がある。
そして、その最たるものは、不機嫌。
親も、子どもも、先生も、生徒も、不機嫌に手を焼いている。
ほとんど、どうにもならないもんだと思っている。
不機嫌に至る理由はいろいろ考えられますが、
なんと言っても欲求不満でしょう。
特に、自分が十分評価されていない、愛されていないことに対する不満。
それは日常的な不機嫌に発展します。
もちろん、体調、その他の理由もありますけど。
さて、決して少なくない人が、
自分には人生で望むものを手にする資格がないと思い込んでいます。
こうしてみると、難しいのは、
自分のすばらしさを受け入れること。
それができるようになることなんでしょうかね。
フェルデンクライスは、
「人間は一生のうち、どこかで、
今のままの自分で価値があるということに
気づく体験をもたなければならない」
と言っています。
そのために、特別な修行や説教を聞く気はありませんが、
今日を機嫌よく生きる。
自分の不機嫌を誰かで解消しない。
これがいますぐやれる。
世間への貢献かもしれません。
機嫌がよければ、
あまり食べなくていいのかもしれないし。

子供の水疱瘡をもらい。少し痛いので、子供とｺﾒﾃﾞｨ映画をみていたら、いつのまにか笑っていました。こんな状態でも笑えるんだと、少し安心しました。疲れていると時、ﾊﾞﾆｰちゃんじゃないですが、歌を歌いながら、子供と腰ふりﾀﾞﾝｽをするとご機嫌になるのを、思い出しました。
