太る理由
太る理由は、たぶん、ストレスと老化。
ストレスの方は、ストレスがかかって苦痛になり、
そこから逃れるために、食べることに対する依存が生じるのだと思います。
酒も、タバコも、過食も、依存の表れだと思います。
それから、老化。
基礎代謝が落ちているのに、
若い頃のように食べてしまえば、
それは皮下脂肪として蓄えられてしまうことになります。
もちろん体質もあります。
だから、このロジックが全部に当てはまるわけではありません。
ダイエットの方法にはいくつもあります。
どれもそれなりに効果をもたらします。
しかし、なんと言っても最初に「安心」することです。
安心感をもたらす方法はいくつかあります。
その第一は、ストレスの原因になるストレッサーを減らすことです。
それも小さなストレッサー。
たとえば、テレビ。
テレビは私たちが思っている以上に、
目や耳を通して無意識を刺激します。
できれば、見ないこと。
少なくとも、寝る２時間以上前は見ないこと。
寝ている間に頭のなかでリフレインされている可能性があるからです。
雑誌も特に見なくてもいいと思います。
刺激の強い食べ物、音、絵。
こういうものと距離を持つことです。
暴力的なものだと思えるものから、距離をもつことです。
そして、ゆっくり深く寝ることです。
寝ている間は食べませんから。
今日、私は確実に５０g は減らした。
根拠はない。
でも、５０g から１kg ぐらいは、気合で減らせるものです。
鏡を見て、精悍な自分をつくって、
そして、それを覚えこませる。
まちがっても、自分を批判したり、へらへらしたりしない。
ぎゅーっと絞って、心はゆとり。

安心する って大切ですね。例えば、あらゆる所から、見られてると、意識した場合、芸能人では、ないですが、すべて、行動、寝ている寝顔も、見られてる、いく所も追いかけられる、となった、場合、伊藤さんなら、どうしますか。考えない事ですか。今日は、軽くなったので、お腹は、へったと思います。

この前の日曜、デジタルの体重計がいいと思って買った。後で、箱から出してわかったのは、最小単位が０．５ｋｇだったこと。なんてアバウトな体重計なんだろう。体重計の方からして、やる気がない。と思って奥に収納してしまった。それから２-３日して気づいたら、またズボンのベルトがきつくなっていた。体重計を言い訳にしたのがいけなかったか。もう一度考えたが、０．５ｋｇ単位の体重計は、やっぱりオカシイと思った。体重計を買う予定の人、気をつけましょう。

ミネラルウォーターを感謝しながら飲むと、おなかいっぱいになって、間食が減る、と姉が教えてくれました。
