今日は名古屋で講演
部下はなぜ黙ってしまうのか？
それは、やはり話すとあぶないから。
もうひとつの理由は、
自分には話す資格がないのではないかと思っているから。
前者は下手なことをしゃべって、立場を悪くしたくないという思い。
後者は、自分の意見を言うためには、それなりの実績が必要だという思い。
後者の方がもっと複雑です。
これについては『小さなチームは組織を変える』のなかで、
もう少し詳しく書いています。
さて、
上司の仕事は、部下に何かを教えること。
そして、それ以上に部下が話してみようという気にさせることだと思います。
それも、どこかで拾ってきたような話ではなく、
その人しか話すことのできない、その人についての情報です。
つまり、感じていることや、思っていること。
できれば、本当に思っていること。
これを書いていたら、
なんだか、聞きたくなってきた。
本当に思っていること。
ワクワクする。
