サプリメント
今日は、朝３０分歩いて、
それから午後はなんとスカッシュをやって、
それでも、まだ９０９７歩。１万歩には遠い。
これから１万歩、歩くには、１時間半は必要だ。
こうなれば、後はトランポリンの上で、ピョンピョンやるしかない。
今日は１万歩を達成したら、
ごほうびにみはしのお汁粉を食べよう。
今年のみはしのお汁粉は、例年になくうまい。特に餅がうまい。
例年、山形から餅を取り寄せて食べているのだが、
今年はみはしのほうがうまい。
みはしの社長も、「うちの今年の餅はうまい」と豪語していた。
たぶん、原材料がいいのでしょう。
磯部巻き、安倍川、雑煮、お汁粉。
お汁粉のときには、焼いてから入れてください。
それも、一口サイズよりちょっと大きめ。
あまり大きくてはいけません。
ちなみに、私はこしあんが好きです。
でも、「つぶあんはどんなんだっけ」なんて言いながら、
それも食べちゃいますけどね。
その後、やっぱりサプリメントを飲みます。
これを飲むと、本当にお腹いっぱいになります。
これがお汁粉のデザートなんでしょうかね？
あははははは。
今日も体重は落ちなかった。
