金メダル
私の今のコーチは、カナダに住んでいます。
もとローイングのコーチで、オリンピックの強化選手のコーチとしても有名です。
たくさんの金メダリストをコーチしてきました。
今は、トロントの銀行などのエグゼクティブを専門にコーチしています。
彼は言います。
金メダリストたちの特徴は、
金メダルを取って当然だというところにいること。
練習をたくさんしたから、努力したから、
ということだけではなく、そのようなマインドになっている。
金メダルを取る意味を知っている、理解している。
会社の経営もそうです。偶然を減らさないと。
昨夜のカラオケの歌が、なんだか耳から離れません。
テレサ・テンのつぐない、時の流れに身を任せ、浪漫飛行、、、。
ひとり、帰国子女の歌うマイケル・ジャクソンの「スリラー」。
二度目ですからあまり驚きませんが、
最初に「アーウ！ キャー！」ってやるんですよ。
やっぱり「大丈夫かな」と思ってしまいました。
今朝は iPod で、米米クラブを聞きました。
「たとえば、君がいるだけで、、、♪」
それから ボサノバ。
それから、ジャズギター。
その度に iPod を操作しているので、散歩に時間がかかること。
