anti-aging
itoh.com News のエッセイのタイトルは「長生きしようよ」なのですが、
それは、anti-aging というプロジェクトのタイトルでもあります。
anti-aging は、日本語では抗加齢、
つまり「年をとるのはしょうがない」という従来の考え方に待ったをかけて、
年をとるとはどういうことなのか、どうやって年をとってゆくのか、
といったことを研究し、年を取ることを、
どうやったら止めることができるか、
どうやったら遅らせることができるのか、
をまとめた考え方です。
方法はいろいろありますが、
ひとつは、キレーション・セラピーと言われるもの、
それからサプリメント。詳しくはこちらを見てください。
すでに、抗加齢の学会も設立されていて、
専門医の制度も近日できると思います。
ちなみに、今日アメリカから届いた機械は、
酸素を体内に取り入れる細胞が酸素を取り入れやすい状態にする、
それによって、身体の酸化を防ぐ、というものです。
スポーツ選手などが使っていて、効果があるものなのだそうです。
私も２０分ほど吸ってみました。
その結果、
私は、夜になる前に、こうしてブログを書いているわけです。
すばらしい効果です。
