ごきげんカレンダー
毎年、「ごきげんカレンダー」というタイトルの
カレンダーをつくっています。ＣＤサイズのカレンダーに、
小さなエッセイを載せています。
今年、気に入っていたのは、８月のもの。
人を許せないと思うときがあるけど、
そういう自分はとりあえず許しておくか！
２月もいい。
肩の力を抜いて、腕の力も抜いて。
それからあごの力も抜いて。
そして頭の力も抜いて。
--- 最後に、心の力を抜いて
１１月もいい
なんなら、心のとげを抜きましょうか。
簡単ですよ、ぬいちゃうだけですから。
エイってね。
来年の「ごきげんカレンダー」の小さなエッセイは
もう、書きました。再来年のも書きたい気分。
